The Cicero Senior Lofts Development consists of 62 studio, one and two-bedroom units and will be certified as an Enterprise Green Community as well as meet the City of Chicago Sustainable Development Policy. The development is located in the Garfield Ridge neighborhood, just to the north of Midway International Airport. The Cicero Ave. corridor is very commercial in nature and amenity rich but the surrounding blocks are residential single family homes, giving it a more residential neighborhood feel with close proximity to key amenities. By bringing the Cicero Senior Lofts project to the area it has replaced a motel building left in much disrepair to a new structure with the quality and high design that will enhance the surrounding community. The project interiors have been designed with spaces and amenities that will help to increase the quality of life for the residents including a fitness room, community room with soft seating areas, and computer room.
