A Holistic Approach
Our approach to design is fundamentally holistic. Our designers work side-by-side with the developers and property managers, as well as a wide range of topic-based experts. It is the collective team’s body of knowledge that is needed to bring a project to successful completion and beyond. We maintain close relationships with lenders, investors, state finance agencies, engineers, consultants, and, above all, the residents our projects serve. Most importantly, we leave the ego at the door as we know when to provide leadership and when to let others provide their integral skills.
