Kirk Paisley

Kirk is the President and Owner of BDCL Architects and runs all of the day to day activities of the firm. For over 20 years, Kirk has been working on housing projects for residents including the past 14 years focused on affordable housing projects in 16 different states. During that time Kirk worked as a third-party consultant for the largest tax credit syndicator in Ohio serving as a construction inspector on LIHTC projects throughout the state. Kirk brings with this experience in affordable housing his expert knowledge in the topics of sustainability, accessibility and building codes. He utilizes these skills to manage the BDCL team while they bring projects to fruition.
Angela Radden

Project Manager
Angela has been with BDCL Architects since its inception and brings with her 10 years of experience in designing affordable housing developments. Over that span Angela also gained experience of many housing types as she performed capital needs assessments on acquisition / rehab projects. In addition to her affordable housing experience, Angela also utilizes her interior design skills to bring spaces to life that invigorate residents in their new homes. Angela is the lead for BDCL projects in our primary market, the Midwest.
Amanda Ingram
Southwest Regional Manager

Amanda joined the BDCL Team in January 2022 and has experience in numerous commercial sectors including retail, restaurants, corporate offices, higher education, religious structures, airplane hangars, daycares, warehouses, and various industrial projects as well as multifamily. Her 12+ years of experience in architecture has also allowed her to dabble in interior design and graphic design as well. Her artistic nature allows her to bring a creative flair to BDCL projects. Amanda is dedicated to managing projects effectively and accurately to ensure the best possible housing for those who need it most. Amanda manages the projects in our Southwest Region.
Hannah Bruns
Project Manager
Hannah joined BDCL in August of 2021 and has become quite the rockstar since joining our team. She began her career designing single family homes and takes that love of residential design into the success of her multifamily work with BDCL. Hannah is one of those rare people that is never afraid to take on new challenges and always seems to have a knack for turning her challenges into results. She has become a key part of the foundation for our work in the Midwest region and will undoubtedly change many resident lives through her excellent work!
Sydney Sutton
Project Manager
Sydney became a part of the BDCL Family in September of 2021 and immediately became an integral part of our team. She brings with her multiple years of experience in the commercial sector and backs that up with an excitement for helping others through the affordable housing that we create at BDCL. Sydney’s wealth of knowledge with Revit is a skill that sets her apart and brings great things to our growing team. With a knack for always having a bright outlook and a drive for working hard, you have the superstar that is Sydney!
Melaina Schneider
Project Coordinator
Melaina is one of the newest BDCL team members, joining in November of 2021. Coming from a background in interior and experiential design, Melaina brings that unique perspective to the BDCL team that truly escalates our design to the next level. Anyone who knows Melaina can tell you that she has a delightful personality that seeks to bring the best out of everyone she works with. It is with Melaina’s attitude and drive for success that she always makes herself a high performing part of every team.
